Let’s decide to look after ourselves following the annual “hallmark” holiday. We’ll explore this through moving, writing, conversation, and stillness. Plan to make new friends and bring a friend along.
This is a full day retreat from 10 am-4 pm on Saturday, February 15
- The cost includes learning techniques how to take care better of yourself, a personal journal, and a catered lunch.
- Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and dress comfortably in loose, layered clothing.
- Space is limited to 15 guests.
Self-care is selfless—not selfish.

About Sifu Toni
Since the fall of 1997, she began studying Tai Chi + Qigong. Both modalities are among the best types of self-care, as she herself attests to. Both assist you in resetting and starting over by letting go of the past and future and just being in the here and now. “Simply BE = Breathe & Expand” is Sifu Toni’s personal mantra. For there is no tension when we live in the now.
